2009 Audit Information
Maillie, Falconiero & Company, LLP Certified Public Accountants, has completed the audit of the financial statements of Montgomery Township and its component units for the year ended December 31, 2008. Component Units of the Township included in the audit report are the Montgomery Township Sewer Authority and Fire Department of Montgomery Township.
As in past years, the Auditors have rendered an "unqualified" opinion as detailed in the Independent Auditors' Report letter.
A copy of the Audit is available online for review. Residents are encouraged to first read the section entitled "Management's Discussion and Analysis" starting on page 6 of the audit in order to get an overview of the audit and financial statements of the Township.
