Parks & Facilities Reservations

Montgomery Township offers a variety of amenities to its residents and visitors throughout its Park System, which consists of various facilities or fields that can be reserved by residents at no additional fee. 

To reserve a facility or field, please complete the following steps:

• Complete and submit the Facility and Field Use Permit Application shown below.
• Read the Facilities and Fields Use Policy, sign the signature page and submit with permit application.
• Also, as applicable:
  • If you are a non-resident or a For-Profit Organization, please attach payment for your reservation request to your permit application.
  • For reservations with 25 or more attendees, you will need to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance with the minimum coverage specified.  More information on insurance requirements may be found within the Facility and Field Use packet.

All reservations are approved on a first come, first serve basis.  Please allow at least 30 days for review and confirmation.Once your permit has been approved,you will receive a confirmation letter, confirming your reservation.  Bring your confirmation letter with you on the day of your function.
