The Roy Rodriguez Annual Tree Giveaway is an annual event where the Shade Tree Commission distributes free trees to residents of Montgomery Township while supplies last. This event is usually held on a Saturday close to Arbor Day.

The event is named in memory of Roy Rodriguez, a longtime Township volunteer who served on several committees. The resolution honoring his volunteer service and dedicating the event to him can be found here.

2025 Roy Rodriguez Arbor Day Tree Giveaway Information

When: Saturday, April 26, 2025, approximately 9am to Noon (or until supplies run out)

Where: Montgomery Township Administration Building Gazebo Park (1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936)
