As a Camp Counselor, you’ll:

Who We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals, aged 16 or older.
Experience with kids (babysitting counts!) and a passion for helping them thrive.
Great communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED is a plus (or a willingness to get certified).

Location: Montgomery Township Community and Recreation Center and off-site venues.

Senior Camp Counselor

At Kids University, you'll have the opportunity to guide children aged 6-12 through exciting activities, outdoor adventures, and hands-on fun. From leading engaging programs to inspiring younger counselors, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ultimate camp experience.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and lead campers through daily activities, ensuring safety and fun.
Be a role model for fellow counselors and kids alike.
Build positive relationships with campers, parents, and team members.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and memorable camp environment.
Create smiles and spark joy—every single day.

What You Bring:

Passion for working with kids and making a difference.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or the willingness to get certified).
